The Heart behind Our Start.

In February 2016, I met this young boy – 8 or 9 years old, who was obviously very poor, dirty and barefoot – but all of this was accompanied with a peaceful, unforgettable smile. I asked him what his dream was. Without any hesitation, Jean-Fritznel answered me: “Simply having the privilege to get a school uniform, sir, and the opportunity to learn how to read and write.”

“This is it? This is your dream?!” I was thinking to myself…

I will never forget this moment because, just like me, he was grieving the loss of his mom…
